Return Policy

We accept returns under following conditions...

1. We need to be notified of the manufacture defect item within 7 days of your receipt of the product with the invoice number.

2. The product must not be altered to disguise as a manufacture defect item. If your child opens the product, plays with it and breaks it, we will not accept it back. Please pack your returns carefully. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of receipt as a store credit only.

3. Please, completely inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If any item is missing, leave the package and contents as is and contact us immediately so we may put a claim on it with UPS.

4. If the return was due to an error of ours (i.e.- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will give you a store credit for your next purchase after we receive the wrong item.

5. Defective products must be returned within 30 days of your receipt of the product. We are not able to issue a credit for items after 30 days. J&C DEAL INC. will issue a store credit for returned defective merchandise with the invoice only. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

6. We have the right to charge customers who use C.O.D payment option an appropriate C.O.D fee plus the shipping charge if the package is returned to us in any case.

7. Final approval of any return is based upon receipt and inspection, by J&C DEAL INC. of the product.

8. THE BRANCH OFFICE IN U.S.A DO NOT TAKE CHARGE OF INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (EXCEPT NORTH AND SOUTH AMERICA)! THE INTERNATIONAL RETURN, AND BIG BUYER (big buyer means purchase over $5,000 or 500 pieces per order) RETURN, PLEASE CONFIRM "RETURN POLICY" WITH US BEFORE YOU PURCHASE.


DIRECTIONS FOR RETURN
Email us at jc@jcdeal.com ,or use our MSN online service:leena917@hotmail.com(10AM-8PM) with the buyers name, the INVOICE NUMBER, and the reason for the return with the item name. We will issue you a Return Authorization number(JC#). Please include yourJC# with the return, and a copy of your invoice with returned items marked. Any returns without JC# on the outside of the package box will be refused.

All returned products must be in the same condition that they were received and in the original packaging.
